Las Vegas Trade Show Booth Rentals

Convention Exhibit Solutions provides Las Vegas trade show booth rental planning, with exhibit options drawn from the active catalog. Venue, schedule, availability, services, and final scope are confirmed for each project.

We build and install trade show exhibits in Las Vegas for CES, NAB Show, SEMA, Money20/20 and every major show on the calendar — with design, graphics printing, fabrication and installation all handled in house.

CES planning

Booth Rentals for CES in Las Vegas

CES is the largest technology show in the world and the most demanding exhibit environment in the city. It fills the Las Vegas Convention Center West, Central and North Halls plus the Venetian Expo, and it compresses production, freight and install labor across the entire Las Vegas market into the weeks either side of New Year.

We build exhibit rentals for CES exhibitors — from 10x10 inlines through 40x40 islands, double-decks and full-height LED video wall builds. Because January move-in runs through the holiday period, CES projects need to be locked earlier than any other show on the calendar. Six months is comfortable, nine is better if you need custom fabrication or a two-story structure.

If you are exhibiting at CES, tell us your hall and booth number and we will confirm what that specific location permits before anything is designed.

Project process

From Brief to Show Floor.

A show-ready exhibit is easier to manage when decisions are grouped into a clear sequence rather than treated as disconnected tasks.

  1. Phase 01

    Define the direction

Align the exhibit with the audience, show objectives, and the conditions that shape the project.

    1. Discovery

Confirm objectives, audience, products, demonstrations, footprint, schedule, stakeholders, and the visitor action the exhibit should support.

    2. Design and engineering

Translate the brief into a plan for sightlines, traffic flow, graphics, media, storage, staffing, accessibility, and approvals.

  2. Phase 02

    Build the operating plan

Coordinate production and logistics early enough to protect quality, access, and schedule confidence.

    1. Graphics and production

Coordinate rental components, custom elements, graphic preflight, finishing, technical details, quality checks, and packing.

    2. Logistics

Plan freight routing, advance warehouse or direct-to-show delivery, material handling, storage, and return transportation.

  3. Phase 03

    Execute the show floor

Move from installation to opening and return handling with a single, accountable operating path.

    1. Installation and show opening

Coordinate labor, supervise installation, resolve the punch list, confirm presentation quality, and support an orderly opening.

    2. Dismantle and return handling

Supervise dismantle, packing, outbound handoff, storage or return routing, and the project closeout review.

Common questions

Las Vegas Exhibit Rental FAQs.

Clear answers on scope, timing, logistics, venues, and the quote process.

What Las Vegas venues do you support?

Venue-specific availability and project requirements are reviewed before a scope is confirmed. Planning information is available for Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, Wynn Las Vegas, MGM Grand, Aria, and Westgate, subject to current venue and event requirements.

How do your pricing and quotes work?

Every rental is quoted per project against the actual scope. Final pricing reflects the confirmed design, venue, graphics, product, technology, schedule, freight, labor, and service requirements. Published pricing is limited to designated affordable exhibit pages.

When should I start the planning process for a Las Vegas trade show?

Begin planning as early as practical after the show, dates, venue, footprint, and goals are known. The available timeline depends on the exhibit, venue, current event requirements, approved scope, and production schedule.

What is included with your turnkey exhibit service?

Included services are defined in the final project quote. Depending on the confirmed scope, an exhibit program may include rental components, graphics, installation and dismantle planning, flooring, lighting, technology, coordination, logistics, material handling, freight, or storage.

How are graphics handled?

Graphics requirements, production timing, installation, and removal responsibilities are documented in the confirmed project scope. Artwork specifications, venue requirements, and production approvals should be reviewed before print work begins.

What are the installation and dismantle procedures at Las Vegas venues?

Every venue has its own access rules, move-in and move-out windows, and required service-provider handoffs. Convention Exhibit Solutions coordinates the project schedule, required paperwork, site access, and show-service logistics with the appropriate official parties for the specific event.

How do logistics and shipping to Las Vegas work?

Freight, material handling, delivery, and return planning are assessed against the current exhibitor kit, carrier requirements, schedule, and confirmed project scope. Any storage or third-party services are identified before they are included in a quote.

Do you coordinate international freight for exhibitors traveling to Las Vegas?

International shipping needs are assessed per project. Customs, carnet, brokerage, carrier, and organizer requirements must be verified with the relevant official and qualified providers before international freight is included in a project plan.

What venue regulations should exhibitors be aware of?

Requirements can include rigging, signage, electrical, fire-safety, accessibility, move-in, and labor conditions. Current venue, organizer, and official-contractor materials control; responsibilities for submissions and inspections are identified in the project scope.

How do I request a quote?

Submit the project brief at /quote with the available show, venue, footprint, schedule, and goals. The next planning step and response timing are confirmed after the submitted information is reviewed.

What onsite support is available during the show?

Onsite assistance, technical support, and coordination needs are evaluated for each project. Any onsite responsibilities and third-party coordination are defined in the confirmed project scope.

Are you affiliated with the show organizer or venue?

No. Convention Exhibit Solutions is an independent Las Vegas trade show booth rental company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the show organizer, venue, or official contractor. We support exhibitors at Las Vegas trade shows, including the January consumer technology show, as an independent rental provider.
